Be in a quiet room, alone, lying down comfortably with eyes closed.
Let others know not to interrupt during the session.
Set up your phone or computer so I can see the upper part of your body and you can hear me clearly.
During the Healing Session
We begin with a short guided meditation.
I connect with your energy field and work with crystals (remotely).
The process includes: Cleansing your energy and working on your needs (this is the deepest part), Balancing your chakras, and Aligning and protecting your energetic field.
I check in with you during the session and adjust based on how you feel.
